Does this sound like you?
Every article about "exercising with fibromyalgia" makes you feel more isolated because they don't understand what it's like to live in your body
You find yourself torn between wanting to build strength and protecting yourself from pain flares
It feels like your relationship with exercise has become more about fear than empowerment
You want guidance from someone who gets it - who won't dismiss your pain or push you past your limits
You want to learn how to trust your body's signals during movement instead of bracing for pain
We offer a pay-what-you-can honor system.

“I feel like most of us are scared of hurting more and would never dream of trying a strength training program, but...exercises in Rachel's program that I thought would hurt me actually don't… and most of the time they make me feel better. Having a trainer that not only is knowledgeable about working out with Fibromyalgia, but actually has Fibromyalgia themselves is a game changer.”

FAQ
Q. WHAT ARE YOUR CREDENTIALS?
A. Rachel Smith has a Master's in Exercise Science and is a Certified Personal Trainer (MS CPT) who specializes in working with clients with fibromyalgia and chronic pain. She has over 10 years of personal experience managing her own fibromyalgia through strength training. Destiny Davis is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the states of GA, FL, and CO.
Q. IS THIS WORKSHOP THERAPY OR PRESCRIBED MOVEMENT?
A. No, this workshop is not therapy or a prescription of any kind. While Rachel and Destiny are both certified and licensed professionals, this educational workshop focuses on teaching practical tools and strategies for strength training with fibromyalgia. The workshop provides general information and tools that can support your wellbeing, but it does not provide individual mental health treatment or replace work with your healthcare providers. If you're looking for therapy, we're happy to provide referral resources.
Q. WHAT IF I CAN'T AFFORD THE SUGGESTED PRICE?
A. We offer a pay-what-you-can honor system.
Discount codes: WORKSHOP50 for 50% off | WORKSHOP75 for 75% off | WORKSHOPFREE for free
Q. DO I NEED SPECIAL MATERIAL?
A. Just bring something to take notes with :) No equipment is needed for this workshop, though we'll discuss options for various equipment you might consider in the future.
Q. WHAT IF ABSOLUTELY HATE EXERCISE?
A. If you absolutely hate exercise, you're not alone - and your feelings are completely valid. This workshop is about exploring movement on your own terms, not forcing yourself to do activities you dread. Rachel specializes in helping people with fibromyalgia find enjoyable ways to build strength that don't feel like traditional "exercise." We'll discuss how to work with your body rather than against it, and discover approaches that might actually feel good. The goal isn't to make you love burpees or push-ups, but to help you find sustainable movement that supports your body while respecting your limits.
Q. WILL THERE BE A RECORDING AVAILABLE?
A. Yes! The recording will be available for 14 days after the workshop, unless you're in the Mentally Well While Chronically Ill monthly membership, in which case you can access the recording for as long as you're a member.
Please consider your privacy comfort levels when attending. While we love authentic and genuine engagement/conversation with participants, we want you to feel respected. Feel free to turn your cameras off and change your name before entering. This recording will be available to the public and for sale in the future.
Q. HOW LONG IS THE WORKSHOP?
A. The workshop runs for 60-75 minutes, and we encourage you to take as many breaks as you need or to listen while doing another task like laundry or dishes. We honor your need to step away when needed.
Q. IS THIS WORKSHOP ONLY FOR PEOPLE WITH CHRONIC ILLNESSES?
A. While this workshop was designed with fibromyalgia and chronic pain in mind, it's valuable for anyone who experiences fluctuating energy levels or wants a more gentle and sustainable approach to strength training.
Q. CAN I ASK QUESTIONS DURING THE WORKSHOP?
A. Absolutely! We'll have dedicated Q&A time, plus you can use the chat function throughout. Rachel is passionate about answering your specific questions about strength training with fibromyalgia.
